My name is Melanie Wright and I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional in the Solano, Yolo & Sacramento County areas. Welcome and thank you for visiting my web page! I have worked in the Real Estate industry since June of 1997. I started at PROgressive Real Estate as the Listing Coordinator, handling all of the listings in the office. I worked in that capacity as well as assisting the Broker until June of 2000. I graduated from Sacramento State University and decided to venture into another occupation. I joined a fulfillment company in Napa where I started as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Customer Account Specialist. After a year there, I decided I wanted to get back into the Real Estate industry and went back to PROgressive Real Estate.

I was hired back on as an Administrative Assistant for PROgressive Real Estate in June of 2001 and in June 2002 was promoted to Office Manager/Escrow Coordinator. I ran the office supporting 20 agents, which included maintaining all listing and escrow files. It gave me 3 years of hands on experience in dealing with real estate transactions. I feel it properly prepared me for my next venture in becoming a real estate agent. I know the ins and outs of real estate transactions and all that is involved. As of August 2005, I became a full time real estate agent for PROgressive. In March of 2007, I moved to Kappel & Kappel, Inc. I have now joined Twin Oaks Real Estate as of October 2008 to provide a more complete set of services to my clients. As a part of becoming a Realtor, I am a member of three real estate associations. They include:

• Member of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
• Member of the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR)
• Member of the Northern Solano Association of REALTORS® (NSCAR)

I also received my California Notary Commission in June 2005. This way I am able to offer more services to my clients in notarizing loan documents. I live and work in Solano County, which allows me to focus in helping people buy and sell real estate in my local area. I offer my listing and buyer’s agent services in Solano County and the surrounding Winters area, as well as Sacramento & Placer counties. I am a member of the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services MLS and Sacramento/Yolo MLS for all of your home selling & buying needs. I have been happily married since 2004. I am an animal lover, especially dogs, as you can see by my picture. I enjoy being outside and breathing the fresh air as often as possible. I had my first child, a son, in January of 2009. I am truly blessed and enjoy every minute of being a mom!
